My Fitness Pal

We use the My Fitness Pal iPhone and iPad apps to help keep track of calories, fitness goals and a variety of other fitness related things.  It’s a fantastic resource that has a huge database of food, so pretty much anything you’re eating is in there.  If it’s not, you can enter it.  The program is also very intuitive and easy to use.  Here’s a blurb from the corporate website:
